REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds depend on license status.

This policy covers one-time software license purchases arranged through our team. Any existing subscription follows the billing and cancellation terms agreed at purchase.

Cancel before activation

If you need to cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] as soon as possible before the license is issued or activated. Include the purchase email and order details.

Refund window

Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of payment and before activation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After activation

As a digital product, a license is generally not refundable after activation. We will review duplicate charges, failed delivery, and verified technical failures case by case.

What to include

Contact us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your name, purchase email, product, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days.
